24 Ildiko and me © Alle rechten voorbehouden The 'older' Hungarian generation does not speak English (Russian was in the communist period the obligatory second language of the country) ... Even most of the (top) managers were (are) unable to communicate in English ... So the working interviews were very fatiguing ... Fortunately some of the younger generation were (more or less) able to speak and understand the English language.
